Agocontrol 2.0 – Switching to MQTT

Thanks to the massive legwork from Jstrom we could get rid of the Apache QPID dependency and use MQTT as transport in Version 2. While QPID did provide rock solid messaging, it has no packages in latest Debian versions. Building the packages on our own meant a lot of additional work. By switching to MQTT, we can use the distribution-provided Mosquitto project (and Paho library for Python). We’ve just prepared Raspberry Pi Buster packages. They’ll be on the mirror soon, after testing has been finished.
